Leads , or potential home buyers go on Zillow and ask for more help! They are connected to US via :

1) LIVE TRANSFER -or- 2)DIRECT ASSIGNMENT IN FOLLOW UP BOSS

1) ZILLOW PREMIER AGENT

Your phone will ring from the Zillow App, and you will be connected with a Zillow Agent and the Lead.

Ideally, you should have your FOLLOW UP BOSS and MLS up!

2) Direct Assignment in Follow Up Boss

If the lead does not wish to be called or contacted now, then the lead will be assigned to you in Follow Up Boss. From there you can read the notes and being working the lead!
